Overview:
This position is remote within a commutable distance to our East Petersburg location (near Lancaster, PA) for a limited number of required in-office days
The hours are 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday which includes a rotating schedule that will require working 8:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. in-office Monday through Friday approximately every three weeks. The remainder of the time would be remote.
The responsibility of the Adjustment Specialist is to ensure that the incoming request and outgoing notifications for items incorrectly posted are reported and corrected appropriately to rectify variances with both our internal and external customers. Incumbents will handle the incoming and outgoing files containing returned items for posting.
Responsibilities:- Execute correcting entries for internal and external customer processing errors. Perform necessary research to ensure accuracy of the request. Provide additional follow up when a request cannot be completed initially.
- Complete tasks within the specified SLA and complete each entry in accordance with SOX and audit controls.
- Receive incoming Return Image Cashletters from our partners (Incoming and Outgoing return files) and review each returned item for accuracy. Research for exception items and post accordingly. Collaborate with other internal teams, as appropriate, to ensure all outbound returns have been handled.
- In conjunction with the Image Processing team, collect, prepare, and ship US dollar Canadian Items to the Bank of Montreal, and to collect, prepare, and ship non-conforming images to the Federal Reserve.
Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Experience
1 or more years Administration and banking. (Preferred)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.75 - $20.72.
