About the Job
The MAXIMUS Accommodations & Leaves Team (MALT) Administrator provides administrative support regarding all aspects of the accommodations and leave program to include inbound and outbound calls. As a member of MALT, this role is responsible for the successful day-to-day support, execution of the Leave of Absence and Job Accommodation process and other tasks as delegated by the Senior Manager.
It's a short-term role, with a possible extension or conversion) different shifts available, full benefits package, 401K and paid time off
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing faxes (upload received faxes to the appropriate leave or accommodation request).
- Review and return calls.
- Complete the Accommodation and Leave Return to Work tasks..
- Review and complete Accommodation and Leave Acknowledgments.s.
- Prepare weekly internal reports.
- Perform accurately all data entry functions.
- Arrange and attend meetings as required.
- Understand broad knowledge of departmental and company practices to assist leadership.
- Assist in on boarding process of new hires.
- Maintain records management, filing, retention, and/or labeling.
- Type/generate letters and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
- Assist supervisor and leadership team with special projects including management of inventory and supply orders. Serve as a back up to support reception.
- Assist internal and external customers in problem resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Operate multi-line phone system, answer incoming telephone calls and perform other clerical duties proficiently and professionally.
- Assist with ensuring accuracy of eMAP database for e-mail distribution lists.
- Serve as a member of the Social Committee to assist with social event management and coordination of initiatives.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
