Position Summary | GME (Graduate Medical Education) is seeking an AdministrativeAssistant III who will provide upper level administrative support to theDesignated Institutional Official (DIO) and the office of GME. This positionwill serve as the central point of contact and will assist with resolution ofday-to-day matters concerning the unit, will work on various administrativeprojects, including but not limited to drafting, compiling, and editingcorrespondence, presentations and reports, maintaining calendars, and coordinatingtravel arrangements as it relates to GME. Please review the list ofresponsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we willconsider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, buthave sufficient experience and talent. Duties and Responsibilities include: -Performand/or oversee a variety of associated administrative, fiscal, staff support,and planning activities. -Maintainappropriate stock of office supplies, oversee appropriate operation of theoffice equipment including printers, copiers and fax machine. -Specializein record keeping and database management, and/or specifiedinformation-gathering projects and tasks. -Coordinateand facilitate meetings, program functions, and/or special events, asappropriate. -Willbe responsible for travel, purchasing of supplies and equipment, use of aP-Card, reconciling P-Card logs and understanding of the financial rules andregulations related to P-Card use and travel procedures. -Maintainthe Sr. Associate and Assistant Deans and Sr. Operations Manager's calendars,including scheduling, coordinating and facilitating meetings, reserving meetingrooms. -Establishresident and work files for the office. -Maytranscribe meeting minutes as necessary, assists with agenda preparation,compilation of records and distribution of agendas and minutes as required. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
