Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Temporary (2-month contract)

Pay Range: $21.00/hr (potentially up to $23.00/hr for exceptional candidates)

Shift Availability: 2nd and 3rd shift (weekly schedule, not daily)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Standard Works and SOP Formatting Specialist to join our team for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other work documents according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate and efficient document creation.
• Adapt to varying shift requirements, including a primary schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and availability for cross shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required.
