Job Title: Admin Assistant I
Job Location: Miramar, FL
Shift Schedule: 24 hours a week.
8AM-1PM (Monday-Thursday)
8AM-12PM (Friday)
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant I performs office and administrative duties supporting multiple areas to include Source Documents, Quality Control, and Data Entry in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) standards, Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control (QC) procedures, OSHA guidelines and other state and local regulations as applicable, always ensuring strict compliance.
Essential Functions
" Performs administrative and office supp01i functions, including but not limited to, word processing, creating spreadsheets and updating record retention files, copying, filing, compiling of study records and archiving of records
" Edits and/or provides templates to study team as required per study
" Prepares and/or reviews documentation to ensure completion and consistency across studies
" Collaborates and communicates with study teams to ensure study documents are filed, stored and/or archived appropriately
" Provides additional administrative suppo1i as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Education A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Experience
" One to two (1-2) years of experience in a clinical supp01i or office management environment
" An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

" Strong interpersonal, administrative, organizational, presentation, and time management skills
" Able to maintain professionalism at all times and the ability to work with internal and external clients to maintain excellent professional relationships
" Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
" Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access)
" Able to coordinate workloads to meet extremely tight deadlines
" Able to speak, read, and write English fluently; bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, carrying, and lifting materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
