About the Job
- Performs administrative and office supp01i functions, including but not limited to, word processing, creating spreadsheets and updating record retention files, copying, filing, compiling of study records and archiving of records.
- Edits and/or provides templates to study team as required per study.
- Prepares and/or reviews documentation to ensure completion and consistency across studies.
- Collaborates and communicates with study teams to ensure study documents are filed, stored and/or archived appropriately.
- Provides additional administrative suppo1i as assigned by management
- Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, carrying, and lifting materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Word/Excel.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Work individually as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to read/write in English
- Education A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in a clinical supp01i or office management environment
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently; bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial
