Key Responsibilities:
Manage and route incoming calls and emails
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle data entry and maintain filing systems
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
Support the team with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior administrative or clerical experience is a plus
