Previous experience in an office environment and a genuine passion for commercial real estate or a strong eagerness to learn is a plus. The ideal candidate will be punctual, possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Duties include but not limited to:

· Lease administration backup duties

· Processing and posting receipts

· Writing leases and transmitting via DropBox Sign

· Running background and credit checks for potential tenants

· Tracking leasing activity

· Cash management and check processing duties

· Running various reports relating to both legal and leasing

· Billing management, including utilities

Skills:

Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Knowledge of legal terminology

· Ability to navigate multiple county court systems

· Intermediate level of Excel

· Strong written and verbal skills

· Experience with Appfolio or other property management software a plus
