Administrative Assistant

Shift/Hours: Monday through Thursday 7am to 4pm - Friday, Friday 7am to 3pm,No weekends!
Pay Rate: $19.00 hr. TBD
Location: Nashville ,TN 37204
Experience: 6+ months of Administrative Assistant experience

Administrative Assistant Job Duties include:

• Schedule appointments & provide information to callers

• Compose memos, transcribe notes, manage projects

• Generate reports and prepare / monitor invoices 

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines

Administrative Assistant Preferred Skills include:

• Possess recent Administrative Assistant experience

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills 

• Be able to work well independently 

• Proficiency with computer softwares

Administrative Assistant Requirements may include:

•  Able to provide 2 professional references

•  Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

experience with Excel spreadsheet ,Microsoft , 

• Computer Savvy 

• at least 2 years +Customer Service
