About the Job
The Admin Assistant/Receptionist position is the face of Great Bay and will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, distribute mail, prepare communications, and provide support to management in the finance department.
Preferred experience includes:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of Microsoft Office.
- Receptionist & administrative support in a professional office environment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. $18.50 per hour.
