| Resource's typical working day: | They will be responsible for working in a data entry system and processing incoming documents or inquiries from landlords and then move the documents to the appropriate team. Very heavy documentation identification focused! |
| Years of Experience needed: | 1-2 years of data entry experience is required |
| Level of Education: | H.S Diploma |
| Systems/Software proficiencies: | Adobe, and excel experience is preferred |
| Certifications/Licenses: | n/a |
| Top 5 Must have Skills: | Detail Oriented, self-starter, tech savvy, document identification, and data entry experience. |
| Top Nice to have Skills: | Experience in property management or data entry related to property manager is highly preferred! |
