Admin Assistant - Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Support: Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for senior staff
• Communication Management: Answer phone calls, take notes/messages, and redirect calls when appropriate
• Document Handling: Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
• Office Maintenance: Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of company events or meetings

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
• Work Experience: Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Communication Skills: Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
• Organization Skills: Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
