Job Title: Procurement Coordinator (Ariba, Concur) / Pharma Industry / Hybrid Work
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Cambridge, MA
Hybrid: Onsite at least 3 days per week

Pharmaceutical's Inflammation and Immunology Research Unit (I&I) in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the I&I Strategy and Operations Team through management of department procurement and contracting processes, vendor maintenance, operation activities, and compliance.
The I&I Operations Coordinator will partner with the I&I Senior Manager, Business Planning and other stakeholders in the I&I Research Unit and across Pharmaceutical to leverage their business experience, networking skills, and positive personal presence to ensure a productive, functional, well-organized, and vibrant workspace.
Reports to the Senior Manager, Business Planning responsible for budget forecasting/maintenance, contracting, compliance, procurement, and culture.
Position Responsibilities:
In order of importance, list the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the position.
Please include actual tasks and/or essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required.
Oversees the Procure-to-Pay process (creating purchase orders, resolving invoice issues, and maintaining vendor details)
Assists Senior Manager, Business Planning with agreement processing, including consulting and confidential disclosure agreements
Aids colleagues with navigating Pharmaceutical systems for purchasing, contracting, and compliance
Provides support to the Strategy & Operations Team, including administrative and operational tasks
Organizational Relationships:
Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities.
Include any external interactions as appropriate.

Education And Experience:
Indicate the formal education, certification or license(s) required and/or preferred.

2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/relevant industry
Technical Skills Requirements:
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred experience with Pharmaceutical systems and other software including Ariba, Concur, Engage Plus
Physical Position Requirements:
Note the physical conditions in which work will be performed, if applicable to the position.
Examples: Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, ability to travel, drive, unusual attendance requirements, weekend work or travel requirements, etc.
