Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in North Creek, WA is currently looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Warehouse Specialist / Pharma Manufacturing
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: North Creek, WA

Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for performing hands-on operations in the areas of shipping of GMP material, receiving, inspection, storage, transferring and issuing inventory of materials, drug substance in intermediates, governed by SOP's.
The Inventory Control Associate will also assist in overseeing inventory control and maintenance of samples and coordination of shipments of drug product and samples with external contract sites.
Principal Responsibilities:
Ship GMP bulk drug substance, intermediates and QC samples with IATA/DOT 19 CFR Certification.
Receipt, inspection and quarantining of GMP raw materials and manufacturing aides.
Material requisition fulfillment and delivery of GMP raw materials and manufacturing aides to Manufacturing.
Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as required.
Program, track and download temperature monitors as required by the business.
Inventory control and maintenance of drug substance, raw materials, disposables and manufacturing aides.
Revision and writing of departmental reports and SOP's as needed.
Coordination of external shipments of drug substance and samples with external contract sites as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
Able to work flexible hours.
The Inventory Control Associate II position requires the incumbent to follow standard practices and procedures such as corporate and departmental SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
1. Strong shipping skills.
2. Strong communication, analytical ability, organization and writing skills.
3. Flexibility to work in a team setting or independently as well.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Able to lift 50 lbs.
6. Current Valid DL
Preferred:
1. 2+ years of GMP materials management experience.
2. IATA or 49CFR qualified
Interview Process:
1st Teams (panel)
2nd Walk thru onsite
Comments:

Bachelor's degree in a business field.
IATA/DOT 49 Certification desired.
Software aptitude with emphasis on MS Office products and ERP solutions
