Admin Coordinator & Scheduler - Kent Hospital

Primary Function

This position is responsible for clerical and data entry needs, computer related tasks, and general office coordination in a multi-tasking environment. Responsible for obtaining Personal Health Information (PHI) for Kent Breast Center patients in a timely, professional, and caring manner. Assists in maintaining financial integrity of the hospital through the verification of patient insurance information through online communication with payers Duties also include coverage for other employees during time off.

Job Qualifications and Specifications

A minimum of one year’s job-related experience in MD’s office or equivalent required. Medical terminology required. Working knowledge of personal computers with an ability to utilize multiple applications within an environment are required.
