Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Pentagon / Crystal City, VA
Clearance: Active Top-Secret Required

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Coordinator.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
