As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
• Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
• Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow.
• Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
• High School and 4 years additional education and/or experience
• This role will support the health providers in the Clinic.

The employee will perform various clinical and administrative duties such as but not limited to

Responsibilities:

• Room setup for patients
• Set up equipment and instruments
• Maintaining sterile technique as required
• Assist providers with performing exams and procedures
• Collect data/initiate/complete EMR and help process paperwork; Provide instructions to patients/employees
• Sterilize equipment
• Measures vital signs.
• Work independently; Punctual; Team player; EMR (Electronic Medical Record)

Preferred:

• Medical background/terminology.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $25/hr. - $30/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
