Admin Manager - Northeast Region at Unifi Aviation, LLC

Responsibilities:

• Manage and report on new hire pipeline, ensuring timely onboarding processes.
• Manage and report customer inquiries, such as hours management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage payroll processing and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead both regional admin team and AMH Services admin team by providing guidance and support for effective performance.
• Provide weekly payroll reports, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Manage station correspondence and clerical duties, maintaining efficient communication channels.
• Oversee administrative operations, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline administrative workflows.
• Must be willing to travel to multiple stations and flexible with your schedule.
• Handle any other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Regions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management or related field is preferred.  Previous experience leading a team is desired. 
• Ability to solve problems and influence people across all functional areas.
• Outstanding facilitator and communicator; lead innovation by teaching, consensus-building, and project execution.
• Ability to lead and demonstrate initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-starting on tasks within area of expertise.
