Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking an Administrative Specialist II for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now.
Supports division leaders in administrative aspects.
Provides secretarial support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents.
Answers inquires or refers callers/visitors to appropriate individuals.
Compiles reports from data and existing records.
Gathers information and develops summaries as requested.
Assists with development and implementation of budget and operational plans.
Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, system.
Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.
Schedules/coordinates meetings, appointments. Make travel arrangements.
Assists other staff as requested.
Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions.
Participates in educational activities and programs.
Maintains strictest confidentiality.
Performs related work as required.
Maintain appointment calendars as needed.
Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
EDUCATION:
High School Graduate/Equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of secretarial experience required, healthcare experience preferred
