About the Job
Main Purpose of the Role:
Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations that provide by the travel agencies to identify the best available option for travel need.
When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservation as required
Prepares travel itineraries and distributions travel arrangement and schedules to all appropriate staff
Obtains approval from leadership for travel request and expenses exceed established limits
Advise travelers of and assists with any need for travel documents
Processes reimbursement for travel expenses and ensure the compliance of the travel polices.
Monthly travel statement matching to ensure the accuracy of the Travel Purchase order creation.
Prepare travel monthly analysis reports to accounting team for the month/quarter/year end closings
Responding to the Head office travel team to address any concerns & issues, coordinating with Head office for communicating any policies updates
Performs other related duties as assigned
Main Tasks:
- Managing the business travels (Travel option research; travel arrangement; travel reservation; travel policies in compliance; travel issues/concerns corresponding)
- Monthly travel statements matching; travel reimbursement purchase order creation;
- Any other admin job assigned
