PrideStaff has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a client located in Westminster. This is a temporary to hire opportunity, depending on employee performance and business needs.
Job Duties:
- Scheduling and reaching out to customers to schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments as necessary.
- Answer phones and route to proper extension or take message
- General correspondence including email
- Data entry
- Submitting reports for several buildings
Job Requirements:
- General office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Experince with Excel.
- Basic computer skills
