Our client located just outside of Keene NH is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Administrative and Accounting Assistant position are as follows:
Prepare and enter invoices
Process weekly/quarterly check runs and prepare reports
Assist with 1099 processing
Process new employee enrollment/changes

Your qualifications for the Administrative and Accounting Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years recent/relevant professional office experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and Word
- Understanding of QuickBooks desktop bookkeeping software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently multitask and work effectively with shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Temp to Hire position
- 24-25 hours per week (open to 3 or 5 day schedule - but require Fridays) Hours may increase over time - potential for full-time for the right person
- $18-$22/hour depending on experience
- Once hired on, Health and Dental insurance
- Once hired on, 401k with company match
- Once hired on, Profit Sharing
- Once hired on, Paid time off and holidays
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Administrative support for management
- Sort and distribute mail
- Provide support to accounting department
Prepare and enter invoices
Process weekly/quarterly check runs and prepare reports
Assist with 1099 processing
- Provide Support to HR department
Process new employee enrollment/changes
- Enter and maintain data
- Assist with event planning
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance team for facility needs
- Other duties as assigned
