IMMEDIATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED - START NEXT WEEK!

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

$21/HR

Qualifications:



+ 2 years of administrative office experience


+ Type 40 WPM


+ Detail oriented


+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills



Responsibilities (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED):



+ Review and verify weekly tip sheet reports while ensuring proper payroll and tip regulations are followed


+ Project tracking


+ Assist in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations.


+ Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, reconcile Paid Time Off (PTO) and post information onto designated records


+ Compute and oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, wage garnishments, applicable vacations payouts, and benefits for employees.


+ Electronic filing


+ Scanning and copying invoices


+ Payroll data entry
