Main Library Secretary reports directly to Manager of Main Library and/or the Director of Library Services and is responsible for managing the Library's calendar, receptionist duties in Support Services, managing facility rentals, creates purchase order, backup for Branch Secretary and Executive Assistant, and other secretarial duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 3 years of secretarial or adminstrative experience
- Proficency of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minus experience is a plus but not required
- Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm
- Temp 7+ months
- Onsite
