Administrative Assistant / Accounts Administrator - PrideStaff

Our client in Cliffwood Beach is looking for an  Accounts Administrator  for a contract-to-hire position.

Hours are M-F 8:30-4:30pm. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely within the administrative and financial aspect of the business in addition to the operations side
• Assisting with all aspects of running an extremely busy office.
• Initially the primary duties will be assisting the CFO and Executive Assistant as needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Proficient in office applications: Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Peachtree and basic accounting principles.
