About the Job
Under direction or general direction, serves as the primary coordinator for an assigned County department head and department, overseeing a range of administrative, secretarial, and office support activities. Coordinates complex and specialized administrative tasks, including gathering, preparing, and providing sensitive or complex information to other County departments, external agencies, and the public. Manages administrative duties related to county and/or departmental budget and fiscal functions as needed. Additionally, provides support for special projects or assignments within other county departments as required. Undertakes difficult, complex, and specialized office support tasks, information gathering, preparation, and public relations assignments, performing any related duties as assigned.
