Job Description Summary

This full time Administratitve Assistant position is based at our corporate headquarters in Albany, NY. It requires the employee to perform a wide variety of administrative support functions including, but not limited to, the following:

· Data entry

· Running reports and creating exports

· Cell phone administration

· Processing receipts

· Creating and maintaining spreadsheets

· Filing

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Basic computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required

· A valid driver's license with reliable transportation

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and multi task

· Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required

Education/Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary and Benefits:

· Hourly pay range is $20-$21
