About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and customer support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with sales efforts, and managing reception duties. Fulltime in the Albany, NY area. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include:*Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
*Assist in gathering information for sales and scheduling installations.
*Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing supplies.
*Generate proposals, track customer orders, and review vendor acknowledgments.
*Enter incoming furniture products into the system and assist with accounting and HR tasks as needed.
*Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
*Minimum of one year of relevant experience; accounting and HR experience preferred.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and order entry systems.
*Strong customer focus, initiative, time management, and communication skills.
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Detail oriented and deadline driven
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
