Administrative Assistant - Ultimate Staffing Services

*Temp to perm role
*Immediate opening in Alpharetta, Ga
*Pay rate $18-$22

• Provide general administrative support to the Project Department, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Track project progress, vendor invoices, and payment status of invoices
• Manage payroll-related tasks, including tracking timesheets and expense reports
• Oversee and update records related to fleet management and company vehicles
• Organize and maintain well-structured project files and documentation
• Assist with project-related data entry and spreadsheet management
• Support in coordinating meetings and events, making travel arrangements as necessary
• Prepare and distribute project documents
• Complete other assigned tasks related to project tracking, payroll, and administrative duties

Experience:

• Administrative Experience (3 years+), preferably in a project-oriented environment
• Experience in payroll management, tracking timesheets, and processing expense reports is required

Languages:

• English (required)
• German and/or Spanish is a plus
