DAY-TO-DAY

Our Administrative Assistant is essential to the success of our office operations! Your daily tasks involve working with our visitors, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster a positive and professional first impression. Further, you provide secretarial, bookkeeping, receptionist, accounting, payroll, data input, clerical, and other services for the organization's business operations. And, your friendly and approachable demeanor shines as you answer all incoming calls, retrieve voicemails, and make phone calls to answer questions, provide support, and schedule services.

On top of keeping our office communications running smoothly, you also take on a variety of administrative tasks that include maintaining our customer database, scheduling jobs, producing estimates, providing reports, and effectively utilizing our company software, House Call Pro. You pride yourself in being able to forge strong working relationships and correspondence with vendors while also assisting employees with general employment questions and concerns. You help keep our office safe and ensure that all security protocols are being following as you perform enrollment processes, revenue processes, bill payments, and weekly deposits. You also support special events and help anywhere else as needed. Ultimately, we rely on you to help keep our office operations running smoothly!
