Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to CCO and Investment Operations Manager
- Coordinate team activities, such as internal and external meetings and team events
- Prepare team and committee meeting agendas and minutes
- Track and monitor internal activities (team calendar updates and deadline tracking)
- Help with administrative projects, such as scanning and reviewing documents
- Create and submit expense reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
- Work on specific team projects as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
- Superior communication skills, highly motivated, organized and detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Desire to work in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in business matters
- California Notary Public (or willingness to become a California Notary Public)
Compensation: 75-85k
