Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Glen Rock, NJ, 100% on site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift
Pay Rate: $25.00-28.00/hour depending on experience
- The individual must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of EXCEL program.
- Moderately tech savvy.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Person is responsible for working with the president to schedule projects from fabrication to installation.
- Person is responsible for interfacing with general contractor's project managers from onset of job, i.e., sending submittals (samples), coordinating installation of various jobs, to finally sending closeout materials at culmination of the job.
- Person is responsible for CERTIFIED PAYROLLS throughout the project
- Person is responsible for managing each job's progress and fulfilling the needs of our installers along the way.
- Person is responsible for communicating with our installers ahead of each job making sure they know where they are going and that all materials needed are loaded and ready to go and monitoring sign in sheets.
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH is required
