Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping position in Redding, Ca. Client is a growing company and they are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping that will assist in maintaining, developing and driving an efficient office environment by completing tasks/duties and meeting deadlines. In addition, to clerical responsibilities, you will assist with payroll, monthly reconciliations, and legal requirements of compliancy.

Responsibilities for this an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping position include:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
-QuickBooks or other accounting software
-Understanding of Adobe, MS Office programs
-Scheduling service calls
-Assist project manager
-Entering/processing purchase orders
Qualifications for this an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping position include:
• High School Diploma and related experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Courteous and friendly service
• Professional attitude and aptitude
• Diligently supports company policies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work load
*Experience in the construction field preferred
• Pay is starting at $20.00. Full time, long term opportunity
