Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 8+ months of contract
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Support of 3 subfunction groups and associated leadership team meetings (e.g., room reservations, catering, etc.)
• Support of special events (e.g., year-end group meetings, team building activities, etc.)
• Support of 3 subfunction business activities (e.g., entering contracts/MTA/CDAs into Determine, resolving PO/invoices, tracking licenses, etc.) in partnership with business operations
• Support of specific recurring non-Function specific activities (e.g., seminar series, RPL council, Business Acumen team, etc.)
• Support scheduling and/or communicating with leadership members outside of subfunction
• Support of subfunction office maintenance (e.g., ordering/organizing office supplies, office space work orders, computer equipment return/disposal, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Pay Range: $34 - $36 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
