Administrative Assistant (Event/Corporate Communications) – Part-Time Onsite, $23-25/hr
Our client is seeking an organized and proactiveAdministrative Assistantto support our operations team and Board of Directors. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and is located at our office on Newbury Street. This is apart-time, onsite positionwith hours fromTuesday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
We are looking for someone to startas soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Provideadministrative supportincluding scheduling, meeting and event coordination, and office management.
Assist withcorporate communicationsefforts including digital and print content creation, social media management, and email marketing (experience withMS Office Suite, Canva, Mailchimppreferred).
Serve as theprimary contact for inquiries, improving office efficiency and implementing new administrative systems.
Manage the organization’sphoto and document library, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Deliver technical and administrative support to the Board of Directors and over600 community volunteers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in corporate communications, marketing, and office management preferred.
Familiarity with tools such asMS Office Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp.
