Administrative Assistant / Program Coordinator
6+ month contract

Must Haves:
Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the current department undergraduate program coordinator. Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies. Has basic to intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Access online systems to maintain department calendars, and make room reservations. Assist department academic administrator to collect and disseminate course materials, coordinate with other university departments to set up for end of semester presentations. Requires skills for manual data entry and document creation.
