Our client is a well-known financial firm committed to providing white glove service to all clients
They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20 – $23/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in financial software, and have excellent communication abilities
In this Administrative Assistant role, you will support our financial advisors by managing daily office tasks, client communications, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Manage and prioritize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for senior staff
Prepare financial reports and presentations for clients and team members
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain and update financial records and databases
Assist with event planning and coordination for company events
Support the finance team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in a financial setting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (QuickBooks, Money II, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information
Education Requirements:
Associates degree is required
