Wonderful opportunity for intelligent and talented Administrative Assistant to join an acclaimed team of medical, scientific, and academic professionals. This is a potential temporary-to-direct hire onsite Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm position. Some of what you will be doing includes:

• Assisting with NIH Grants
• Creating and updating bio-sketches
• Coordinating meetings
• Editing journals and scholarly works
• Managing heavy calendars and arranging travel
• Keeping track of references, open positions, memberships, and subscriptions
• Maintaining web pages
• Monitoring expenses and processing reports
• Assisting with presentations including PowerPoint and course materials
