Your Day As An Administrative Assistant:

As an Administrative Assistant at Wolverine, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You'll be responsible for reviewing and preparing important documents, records, and forms, ensuring their accuracy and readiness for signature. Your duties will span a wide range of administrative tasks where confidentiality is crucial. Additionally, you will provide front desk support as needed, manage various filing systems, and oversee control files for ongoing projects. You'll assist in organizing meetings and special events, managing everything from catering and lodging to presentations and A/V needs. You'll also coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and meeting registrations.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a candidate with an associate degree in secretarial science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of administrative, business, or office management, along with word processing skills. You should have at least two years of experience in an administrative support role, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and personal computers.

We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a demonstrated passion for service, and a strong grasp of clerical and administrative procedures. The ability to type with speed and accuracy, along with attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar, is key to success in this role. Knowledge of travel coordination is a plus, and you should be comfortable working independently to manage tasks efficiently.
