Pay:

LOCG LLC is seeking candidates for the administrative team within our company. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, an eagerness to succeed, a willingness to travel, and adept at problem-solving.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Handling correspondence directed to managers and supervisors
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentation
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Maintains office supplies and other inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office and supplies products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies., The keeper of company Safety and training records
- Assist with job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive
- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
- Prepare SOPs documentation and policies for executive review, 30 percent of the time for several months after employment
- Serve as the primary point of contact on certain contractual obligations.
- Project Coordinating, such as updating project files and status within the system, preparing project status reports
- Preparing payroll reports, and updating company employee files, if necessary
- Preparing invoicing and or approving final purchase orders, spend reports
- Assisting in area budget planning and operations
- Other duties as assigned, (could include traveling to job sites for inspections and/or completion of work, traveling to pre-solicitation meetings, and or attending pre-award meetings in place of company decisionmakers

- Three to five years of executive assistant experience, but not required

- Bookkeeping and invoices preferred
