The Administrative Assistant position supports managers and staff performing general office duties which include inventory control, cash counting, timesheets, and other assigned tasks. This position will become familiar with a variety of the field concepts and must show the willingness and ability to perform various job assignments as needs may arise.

- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Prepare hours worked for payroll preparation.
- Handle paperwork associated with water samples.
- Monitor expense reporting deadlines and coordinate reimbursements.
- Provide local assistance for corporate Human Resources.
- Update vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Arrange for mail and courier pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain various operational reports such as cash collections.
- Reconcile local bank account.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office area and additional areas as needed.
- All other assigned tasks.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and task completion.
- General office skills including filing, typing, and data entry.
- Efficient working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to answer telephone and direct calls as required.
- Basic understanding of account reconciliation, time worked reports, and inventory control.
- Competent with counting and handling money.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Capable of working required schedule.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer software certification is preferred.
