Our customer is looking for a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant and Billing Specialist to join our team in South Euclid. This role involves a mix of administrative support and billing responsibilities, making it essential for maintaining smooth operations and accurate financial records. This position will be in person at a precise location.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.Handle billing processes including generating and sending invoices, processing payments, and tracking account receivables.Perform bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.Keep and organize records for administrative purposes and compliance.Provide general administrative support such as managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.Previous experience in administrative support and billing is preferred.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
