Administrative Assistant - Clinical Consult and Support Services - Spurwink Services

Spurwink's Clinical Consultation and Support Services program is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position will support the needs of each Clinical Consultant stationed in regional Department of Health and Human Services offices. Spurwink's Clinical Consultation and Support Services program provides consultation, support groups, Critical Incident Stress Management debriefing, and other services to the employee's of Maine's Office of Child and Family Services Bureau.

DUTIES:

• Organizing, tracking and maintaining clinical spreadsheets for consultant documentation.
• Ordering supplies or materials as requested in a timely manner via Amazon or WB Mason.
• Preparing and submitting Stipends, Reimbursements or other additional financial needs to CCSS Supervisor for approval.
• Organization and distribution of remote training invitations, attendance and Contact Hour certificates.
• Completion of quarterly reporting to DHHS stakeholders and contract managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required and some familiarity with Maine's Office of Child and Family Services structure.
