Responsible for providing primary clerical and administrative support for the Colleague Education Department. Maximizes capability of online Learning Management System and assists Colleagues with utilization. Assists department Colleagues with special projects and coordinates a wide range of administrative services for instructors and coordinators. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all Colleagues.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school graduate or the equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Business or Junior College degree in office management, business, secretarial science or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years secretarial/clerical experience; Computer experience in Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Access
