Administrative Assistant/Commercial Insurance Claims Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm
• Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr.

Administrative Assistant/Commercial Insurance Claims Job Description:

• Answer incoming claims calls and open and assign files
• Review and respond to company voicemail messages
• Sort incoming mail and scan into our document imaging system
• Manage month-end reports

Administrative Assistant/Commercial Insurance Claims Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Prior commercial insurance claims experience is required
• Able to work collaboratively with others
