Responsibilities

• Issue certificates of insurance and binders
• Report and monitor claims
• Respond to billing inquiries
• Processing renewals, endorsements and audits;, reviewing for accuracy
• Meticulous attention to detail in record keeping, documentation, and scanning.
• Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.

• Solid computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Professional office experience, and related insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy work environment.
