Position : Administrative Assistant (Compliance Analyst I)
Location : Columbus, OH

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Work cooperatively with and assist professional/field staff to support daily needs.
+ Handle routine inquiries, and office functions.
+ Perform mail distribution and package shipment responsibilities.
+ Assist with proposal and report preparation.
+ Perform accurate data entry of project-related data to Excel spreadsheets and templates, as directed.
+ Manage and ensure project documentation accuracy, quality, integrity and compliance in accordance with defined management systems and procedures.
+ Special projects and/or other administrative tasks as may reasonably be requested.
Minimu m Requirements
+ Professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team involving staff, clients, and outside agencies.
+ Strong problem-solving, workload management, and organizational skills with limited supervision.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Technical Requirements
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Strong computer skills
Other Miscellaneous Qualities
+ Notary public or ability to obtain certification
