Your Country Supplier Corporate Office in Albany is looking for a Administrative Assistant.

This position is responsible for maintaining and managing all licensing needs for the Company. And, to constantly evaluate and manage the compliance needs of the Company in terms of all local, state, and federal laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manager and maintain all other applicable licenses for stores including, but not limited to, business licenses, city/state licenses, reseller permits, pesticide licenses, propane licenses, Ag Licenses, and DMV Licenses.

• Provide administrative support on insurance for the Company.

• Other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn internal computer programs used to perform the requirements of the job.

• Previous experience, training, and knowledge in business licensing is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with people at all levels of the organization.?

• Ability to effectively work independently, as well as in a team.

• Proven organization, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills.

• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
