ProSidian Seeks a Administrative Assistant | Contract Administration, General Administrative, and File Room/Mail Room Support [EHSS0008028] Engagement Team | Administrative Specialist I Labor Category - STD Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 located Washington, DC supporting The Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) is The Department of Energy (DOE)’s central organization responsible for health, safety, environment, and security; providing corporate-level leadership and strategic vision to coordinate and integrate these vital programs.  EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance; safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.

Seeking Administrative Assistant candidates with with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Administrative Assistant) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Administrative Assistant

• Provide document management support
• Prepare travel authorizations and schedules
• Manage digital files and scan documents for archival
• Provide meeting support (classified/unclassified)
• Assist with classified document management and maintain classified network documentation

Desired Qualifications For Administrative Assistant | Contract Administration, General Administrative, and File Room/Mail Room Support  (EHSS0008028) Candidates:

• Experience in administrative support in a government or DOE environment
• Familiarity with classified document handling and scanning systems

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent administrative training
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a classified setting

Skills Required

• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Familiarity with classified document protocols

Competencies Required
