Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing various routine clerical, administrative and general office duties involving typing/work processing/ creation of forms/ report preparation, record an file maintenance, mail distribution and telephone reception, and demonstrates computer software knowledge to individual departments. Responsibilities also include preparation of departmental performance and utilization reports.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Additional Experience Requirements:
Three (3) years recent secretarial experience, health care experience preferred. Ability to read and write English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms preferred. knowledgeable regarding basic medical terminology and familiar with D environment (preferred). Detail oriented and able to work independently nd take direction.
